Morse Code in the movies: "A Call to Spy" now on Netflix

What's on your Netflix watch-list for this evening?

"A Call to Spy" was released in 2019 but was just added to Netflix this week.

Together with two other World War 2 female spies, the movie portrays (with artistic license, of course) the life of Virginia Hall - an American SOE operative who worked with the French Resistance in 1941-42.

Among other things, her training involved Morse Code and the use of a Type 111 MkII Paraset.

There are far more details - ranging from interesting to downright amazing - regarding Hall's war years than can be condensed into a 2-hour movie. So if, after watching the movie, you'd like to know more about her life I can highly recommend Wolves at the Door.
